HR Partners is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead clinical operations at a residential aged care facility in Darling Downs / South East Queensland, about 1.5 hours east of Brisbane. You will drive governance, lead RN/EN teams, and ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds RN registration with AHPRA, 3+ years CCM experience, and a cooperative leadership style. Relocation support and a solid bonus package are offered, with a Monday–Friday leadership schedule.
