Your Role

As the Sales Manager, you will:
Inspire and develop your team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Drive sales performance while ensuring adherence to factory KPIs.
Manage the sales process, customer follow-up, and lead management effectively.
Foster excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
Oversee vehicle inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.




Collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities.
Cultivate a positive, results-driven team culture.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in automotive sales management with a track record of success.
Strong leadership abilities to coach and motivate your team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
A solid understanding of dealership sales processes and KPIs.
Solid organizational skills, especially in stock management.
A genuine passion for the automotive industry and delivering outstanding results.
Previous Kia experience is a plus.
