Western Sydney University is seeking an Operations Assistant for the Office of the Vice-Chancellor. You will provide transport, operational and administrative support to keep the Vice-Chancellor’s schedule running smoothly, including safely transporting between campuses, meetings and external engagements.

The role requires a team-oriented, discreet approach and flexibility around after-hours work. The position is part time (0.8 FTE) with rostered start/finish times and an on-call roster.
