Allstar Blue is actively seeking an experienced Belt Splicing Supervisor for a residential role based inKarratha WA .

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all belt splicing (Steel cord and Fabric)
Plan, organise, coordinate, control and support the crew's workload.
Undertake Safety Audits and Corrective Action.
Engage with Customers to understand and deliver their needs.
Accurately complete the necessary paperwork associated with Safety and Splicing.
Report any incidents, hazards or near misses

Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as a Belt Splicing Supervisor
Positive knowledge of all forms of Belt Splicing and Installations
Extensive Steel cord and fabric experience
Robust commitment to Safety
Robust leadership and supervisor skills
