The Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney is seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer to assist the Office of the Executive Director, Administration & Finance. You will support calendar management, prepare board papers, and coordinate travel, records, and communications with clergy and staff in a rapid-paced, values-driven workplace.

Permanent full time role based in Leichhardt with relocation of the Chancery Office to Sydney CBD planned for 2027.
