Glencore at the Oaky Creek Mine is seeking a proactive Training Officer to join the Health, Safety & Training team. You will manage administrative tasks, maintain training records, and support workforce development through our training system.

You will coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and forecasting with senior staff, while developing solid stakeholder relationships in a energetic mining workplace.
