We are looking for an experienced, agile and engaging General Manager to take the lead overseeing our Multi Franchise Dealership based in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will assist you in successfully managing the day to day operations of our dealership. You will be responsible for the achievement of both manufacturer and automotive industry KPI's whilst providing an environment and dealership culture that is Guest centric and supports employee engagement.

Key responsibilities
Bring effective leadership to the group in these unusual and challenging times
Plan and follow through these plans to fruition
Identify opportunities within the market place to conquest recent business




Establish 'succession planning' through the group to invest in the leaders of tomorrow
Demonstrate proven stakeholder engagement with Staff, Guests, Brand Partners and the wider local community
Manage the day to day operations of the dealership
Achieve both manufacturer and automotive industry KPI's

Extensive history as a General Manager of a volume brand dealerships
Proven track record as a performer
