THE ROLE
Senior Manager / Associate Director role working closely with the directors
Manage a portfolio of business services and tax clients
Take over existing fees, freeing up the Directors to grow their own client base
Act as a trusted adviser on tax, structuring,



business growth and succession
Lead, review and develop the team, including the offshore accountants

YOU
CA or CPA qualified
Experienced Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director from public practice
Strong technical accounting and taxation skills, with experience reviewing client work
Xero experience highly regarded
Proven ability to build client relationships and lead a team
