InfraBuild’s Steelforce division in Toowoomba is seeking a customer service skilled to be the first point of contact for customers across trade counter, phone and email. You will help customers, process quotes and orders, and keep the office running smoothly in a hands-on, full time role.

Ideal candidates will have customer service or sales experience, admin experience, and robust communication with a can-do attitude. SAP knowledge is a plus; steel/roofing familiarity is a bonus.
