Omni Recruit is partnering with a Newtown wing restaurant in Sydney to find an Assistant Kitchen Manager. You will lead the line, mentor the team and help run a tight, profitable kitchen, backing the Head Chef day to day.

You will manage ordering, stocktakes, suppliers, wastage, and food cost, build rosters, and ensure food safety and compliance. This is a permanent role with a explicit path to Head Chef or Kitchen Manager and a salary of $70K–$75K plus super.
