Whittles is looking to welcome an Accounts Administrator to its Brisbane office located in Greenslopes. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations, working closely with colleagues, clients and contractors.

Responsibilities
Processing accounts payable, including coding, data entry and payments
Processing one-off supplier invoices
Setting up and onboarding new clients
Responding to account enquiries from clients and contractors
Receipting and allocating payments




Raising quarterly contribution levies and one-off levies
Reconciling accounts for clients no longer managed by the business and preparing handover documentation
Assisting with banking and general accounting administration

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring practical experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, along with a positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a team.

You will also have:
Experience using Microsoft Office
Solid attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Valuable organisational and time management skills
Confident communication and customer service skills
A friendly, reliable and helpful approach
