The Cupping Room at ONA Coffee in Canberra is seeking a Sous Chef to be the Head Chef’s right hand. You will run passes during busy services, lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, and oversee ordering, stock, waste, and food costs.

You will train Chefs de Partie, commis chefs and kitchen hands, work on menus and costings, and maintain food safety standards including allergen management. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume setting.
