Australian Unity is seeking a Care Partner to guide customers through their care journey with compassion, coordinating services with clinical teams and families to deliver person-centred care at home or wherever customers choose. This permanent full time role offers hybrid work (2 days WFH, 3 days in Clayton) with adaptable schedule (8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm) and an hourly rate of $45.56 plus super.
