7-Eleven Australia is seeking a passionate Store Leader for a brand-current Woodford store opening mid-December 2026. You will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and coach your team, ensure safety and high store standards, and drive KPIs and financial performance.

The role offers full time hours, Monday–Friday shifts (no weekends), paid training including Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, relocation opportunities within the network, and a explicit career pathway from store to support office roles.
