Passion 2 Perfection Pty LTD T/A Villaggio - Ashfield in Ashfield NSW is seeking a highly experienced Full time Chef to lead our kitchen in a fine dining setting. You will manage the kitchen team, shape menus, and ensure top-quality meals while controlling costs.

Must have diploma in hospitality and management, at least one year in a fine dining restaurant, and robust leadership. Australian citizens and permanent residents preferred; Australian working hours are 38 per week.
