The Mould Doctor is a well-established and growing Australian business specialising in mould remediation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Client Service All-Rounder to join our friendly McKinnon team.

This is a wide-ranging role combining customer service, administration and job scheduling. No two days will be the same!

What You'll Be Doing
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
Coordinating bookings and scheduling our field technicians
Liaising with property managers, homeowners and tenants
Following up quotations, bookings and customer requests
Providing general administrative and operational support

What We're Looking For
A friendly, confident and qualified communicator
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Good computer and administrative skills




Someone who enjoys working in a busy team environment
Previous customer service or scheduling experience preferred

We value attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.
