Join our friendly and supportive team in Geraldton as a Medical Receptionist.

This full-time position offers shifts from Monday to Friday between 7.45am-5.00pm, in addition to a 9-day fortnight with one rostered day off. A part-time role may also be considered for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in the medical industry would be highly advantageous.
Explicit verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with interventional bookings and procedures.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Robust organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Relevant reception experience.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
