Coles Group Manufacturing is seeking a Team Leader for the Red Meat department within Retail Ready Operations Australia. You will lead Team Members, set a positive example, and drive safety and efficiency to ensure staff coverage and attendance.

The role includes a fixed roster: Monday to Thursday, 5AM–3PM (4 x 10 hour shifts), and a robust emphasis on coaching, development, and stakeholder collaboration across the site.
