This is a role where you'll see the impact of your work every single day. You will:
Build authentic relationships with children, families, and educators to support meaningful outcomes
Complete high-quality assessments, collaborative goal setting and evidence-based interventions
Work across clinic and community settings
Collaborate closely within an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team
Manage your own paediatric caseload with robust admin support
Complete timely documentation, including progress notes and NDIS reports
Participate in weekly supervision and be supported daily as needed
Engage in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities

What you’ll need
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
SPA Registration
Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
