Due to an internal promotion, they are currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. The property offers flexible meeting and event spaces, able to accommodate intimate occasions, corporate functions and grand scale celebrations.

THE ROLE
Maintain and surpass sales KPIs within allocated regions and accounts
Expand and fulfill strategic plans to achieve sales KPIs and increase customer base
Develop and retain solid, long-term customer affiliations
Collaborate with customers to work out their business objectives

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Solid sales executive experience,



meeting and exceeding KPIs
Sales executive or sales manager experience in a similar role
Solid organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
Well-developed time management and prioritising skills
Ability to develop business opportunities via extensive networking with industry contacts
