PRP Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Business Partner to drive strategic HR partnership across Hunter practices. The role focuses on uplifting leader capability, coaching, workforce planning and change initiatives in a cooperative, hybrid workplace.

You will engage with regional leaders, influence policy interpretation, support ER matters, and contribute to patient care outcomes while travelling across Hunter practices and occasionally to the North Sydney hub.
