Frontline Retail WA is seeking an experienced qualified baker to step into a Bakery Production Manager role on Rottnest Island. You will lead a busy, high-volume bakery, overseeing production planning, quality, stock, wastage, and food safety, while staying close to the product and team.

You’ll be hands-on, manage a seasonal workload, and have the prospect to live and work on Rottnest Island with a competitive package including up to $90,000 plus super and subsidised accommodation.
