Compass Group Australia is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a large team at Eureka Village in Central Queensland. The role is hands-on, focusing on training, performance management and compliance with contract obligations.

The position offers a 9 days on/5 off roster with 10x hour shifts, FIFO from Brisbane or DIDO from Mackay with accommodation and meals provided. You will drive secure work practices and develop your team to meet high standards.
