The role requires a cooperative leader who can build robust student relationships and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

You will supervise Student Services Officers, oversee onboarding and orientations, ensure ESOS compliance with PRISMS/CoE, and deliver high-quality pastoral and academic support.
