The University of Sydney is seeking an experienced Campus Connect Consultant to join the Shared Services ICT team. Based at Campus Connect Hubs, you will respond to enquiries from staff and students across multiple channels—including phone, email, web, remote, and the self-service portal—ensuring qualified, accurate, and timely service.

This full time, continuing role offers hybrid working arrangements and a base salary of 93,345 to 104,515 AUD per year plus 17% superannuation.
