Frontline Recruitment Group is partnering with a growing artisan bakery in Queensland to hire a Head Baker. The role leads high-volume production across bread, sourdough, viennoisserie and patisserie in a brand-recent bakery opening mid-November to December.

You will plan, lead and oversee daily production, manage the baking team and ensure quality and consistency of premium products. We are seeking a proven baking qualified who can work across day and night shifts, with a robust leadership
