Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse for Ward 7 at Broadgreen Hospital. The role involves assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care for patients, and communicating with patients and carers.

You will perform nurse-led falls assessments to identify risk factors and implement measures to reduce falls. The team is involved in complex discharge planning and referrals to other disciplines to support protected patient flow.
