POP MART OCEANIA PTY LTD in Sydney (World Square) is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a 15-person team in a large-format retail workplace. You will coach, recruit and train, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and robust commercial results.

You will develop a high-performing team, manage rosters and workflows, monitor KPIs and store performance, and coordinate product launches and events. Availability across all seven days and Australian working rights are required.
