City Beach is seeking a People Analyst to manage and optimise our people systems and reporting suite from our Brisbane base. You will deliver accurate data, develop insights, and support continuous improvement across People & Culture.

The role collaborates with IT and leadership to drive productive processes and better decision-making. You will generate dashboards, maintain system training guides, and help ensure data integrity across HR platforms like Tanda, Workday or SAP.
