Dasco Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to manage day-to-day site operations on high-rise residential projects in Sydney. You will lead crews, coordinate trades, and ensure sequencing aligns with programme targets under the guidance of the Site Supervisor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a broad understanding of structure, façade and finishes, and a solid safety mindset. A pathway to a Supervisor role is available for the right person.
