About the Role

You will work directly with an NDIS participant who requires support that enhances their independence, wellbeing and quality of life in their own home. This is a consistent, ongoing placement with a mix of day, overnight and night shifts available across the week, so there’s flexibility to find the pattern that suits you.

Key Responsibilities
Domestic support (light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
Community access and transport to appointments or activities
Social and emotional support
Assisting with daily routines and goal-based activities




Following care plans and working collaboratively with families and allied health professionals

What We’re Looking For
Experience in disability, aged care or community support (preferred)
Comfortable around dogs, as the participant has a much-loved pet
Compassionate, dependable and skilled approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with medication administration
Commitment to promoting client dignity and independence
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR Certification (current)
Valid NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
