With continued growth and a solid operational footprint in Western Sydney, we are seeking an experienced Transport Allocator to join our client's busy team in Western Sydney.

This role offers a fast-paced environment where you will play a key part in ensuring daily transport operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will coordinate and oversee daily fleet and transport activities to meet delivery schedules and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily fleet movements across Sydney and regional areas
Allocate freight and coordinate driver runs
Manage driver schedules in line with fatigue management regulations
Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
Communicate clearly with drivers to support operational efficiency
Maintain accurate transport and fleet reporting




Support daily operations to meet customer delivery expectations
Liaise with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders

About You:
Experience managing or coordinating fleets
Strong knowledge of CoR and Fatigue Management regulations
Familiarity with Sydney metro routes and transport networks
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace
A proactive and reliable work ethic
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
