SUPCON ADHESIVE PTY LTD is a Melbourne-based wholesaler and supplier of high-performance building sealants and construction adhesives. We serve local builders, tradespeople and hardware retailers across Australia. Our business is steadily expanding, and we are seeking a proactive Sales Representative to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a full-time sales role focused on current business development and existing account management. You will work independently to acquire new customers, maintain long-term customer relationships, and meet individual sales targets.
Identify, approach and develop new customer relationships, including builders, tradespeople, hardware stores and distributors
Manage existing customer relationships and drive ongoing business growth
Prepare quotes, conduct product presentations and follow up leads to close sales
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to the team
Maintain accurate sales records and track personal sales performance





A 3-month probationary period applies to this role.

About You
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred. Experience selling building products is advantageous but not essential.
Unrestricted working rights in Australia. No employer sponsorship is available.
Robust communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
Self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently
Goal-driven with valuable time management and problem-solving skills

What We Offer
Competitive base salary of $45,000-70,000 per annum, plus an attractive sales commission structure
