Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Upper Coomera. We’re open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with flexibility around the right candidate.

The Role

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an key role in supporting our clinicians, creating a seamless patient experience, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

Working closely with our dentists and wider clinical team, you’ll assist across a variety of procedures while maintaining high standards of patient care, organisation, and infection control.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting clinicians during a range of dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and patients for clinical treatment
Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation




Sterilising instruments and ensuring infection control standards are maintained
Supporting patients with post-treatment care instructions
Assisting with patient flow and general clinical coordination
Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional clinical setting
Supporting the wider team to ensure a positive patient experience

About You

You’re professional, team-oriented, and genuinely passionate about patient care. You thrive in a rapid-paced clinical environment and take pride in providing high-quality support to both patients and clinicians.

You’ll bring:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
Knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive and supportive approach within a team environment
A strong understanding of patient confidentiality and professionalism

Highly regarded
Experience within implant or surgical dentistry
Knowledge of dental practice management software
Confidence taking X-rays and impressions
Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent experience
