Whitsunday Orthodontic Specialists in Mackay, QLD is seeking an experienced receptionist to join a warm, supportive team. You’ll manage appointments, greet patients, and keep the front desk busy and effective.

You’ll be organised, proactive and outstanding with people, with robust Microsoft Office skills; experience with OrthoTrac is a plus. This role offers a 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a negotiable hourly rate and paid training.
