Our client is an established real estate agency with multiple offices across the Northern Beaches. They are looking for a reliable casual Receptionist to join their team on an ongoing basis. The role offers 1 guaranteed day per week, with additional shifts available to cover leave and the Christmas closure period. This is a great fit for a uni student looking for versatile, consistent work alongside their studies.
About the Role
Front of house reception across multiple offices
Greeting clients, buyers, tenants and visitors
Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries
Managing emails and general correspondence
Key register management and signing keys in and out
Updating the CRM and database
Assisting sales and property management teams with administrative tasks
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Keeping reception and office areas presentable
Covering leave and the Christmas closure period as required
About You
To be considered for this role the ideal applicant will possess:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and friendly presentation
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Outlook, Word and Excel
Reliable and punctual
Ability to travel between offices
Availability for at least 1 day per week plus cover over the Christmas period
Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
