Confident, personable and comfortable building relationships
Proactive, organised and willing to take initiative
Willingness to pick up the phone,



make cold calls and proactively generate current business
A solid work ethic and understanding of prospecting and buyer follow up
Someone who welcomes feedback and is eager to keep learning
A team player looking for long term growth opportunities
Current driver's licence and Queensland real estate registration certificate
