Mount Isa Mines is seeking a Laboratory Leading Hand to lead and mentor the laboratory team, drive safety, quality and timely results in a heavy industrial setting.

You will coordinate daily workflows, train staff in QA/QC procedures and laboratory methods, report to the Laboratory Supervisor and champion a team-oriented, protected work setting across shifting operations in Mount Isa. A formal science qualification is desirable; strong leadership and LIMS experience preferred.
