Personal Injury/ Workers Comp/ Grant Funding
I am seeking multiple paralegals to support in the determination of funding applications to grant funding for the legal costs for injured workers compensation parties and, motor vehicle claims.
Ideally, you will be:
An experienced paralegal with solid exposure to rapid paced legal environments.
Have previous experience in personal injury claims for the insured or insurer.
Have exposure preparing for Grant Funding Applications for such claims.
Understand and have working knowledge of the ILARS Funding Guidelines, relevant legislation and NSW Grants Administration Guide.
Strong experience in case management and, the ability to resolve disputes.
Stakeholder Management experience in relevant settings
