CatholicCare Wollongong – Campbelltown NSW is seeking a Case Manager to join our Permanency Support Program (PSP) team. You will assess client needs, develop personalised care plans and coordinate services to support children, families and carers toward safety and wellbeing.

Hybrid/office based role in Campbelltown with hourly pay of $46.70–$50.25, permanent full time employment and a range of employee perks. A robust background in OOHC and permanency planning is essential.
