Role Description:

The Sales and Leasing Agent role is full-time and in office in Sydney, NSW, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercials. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and securing new listings, conducting property inspections, preparing and presenting sales and leasing proposals, and negotiating lease and sale terms in line with client objectives. The agent will maintain ongoing relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders,



provide market insights and advisory support, and ensure all activities meet compliance and professional standards. Regular reporting, database management, and collaboration with colleagues are key components of this role.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong skills in leases and lease administration, including understanding lease structures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service skills, focusing on relationship building, responsiveness, and qualified communication.
Relevant real estate qualifications or registration/licensing in NSW, and prior experience in commercial or residential sales and leasing, are highly beneficial.
Robust negotiation, time management, and organisational skills, along with proficiency in real estate CRM and Google Workspace software, are preferred.
Ability to work on-site, collaborate within a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven setting is important.
