We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Officer to join our team at Current Creation Christian Church in Burpengary. This part time role is essential in ensuring that our financial and administrative processes run smoothly, allowing us to focus on our mission and community engagement.

About the role

As the Finance & Administration Officer, in line with New Creation Christian Churches you will play a vital role in managing the church and Care Arm financial records and administrative tasks. Your contributions will help maintain transparency and efficiency, ensuring that our operations support our community effectively.

Key responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and invoicing.
Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence and scheduling.




Support the church leadership with financial analysis and reporting.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

What you'll need
Proven experience in finance and administration, preferably in a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Zero accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
