About the Role:
Manage and convert qualified mortgage leads.
Provide tailored lending solutions across residential and investment loans.
Guide customers through the lending process from initial enquiry to settlement.
Build solid customer relationships while achieving sales and conversion targets.
Work alongside a dedicated administration and support team.

About You:
Experience in residential lending within a brokerage, bank or non-bank lender.
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma.
Strong lending knowledge and ability to structure suitable loan solutions.
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
Proactive, motivated and results-driven approach.
