We are a energetic and expanding Real Estate office eager to enhance our Residential Property Management team. Combining three offices in the Illawarra, we seek a passionate and motivated individual to join us in a supportive and friendly work environment.

The Role:
Manage all aspects of property management, including lease management, lease renewal negotiations, owner support, compliance, maintenance requests, and inspections.
Collaborate closely with the Property Management and Sales teams to nurture our clients and grow the business.
Coordinate property inspections and manage a healthy database.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and local businesses.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the transaction process.




Provide daily operational support to the Property Management team

The Person:
Certificate of Registration / Real Estate License
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
. Previous experience in Property Management
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Well-presented and possess a valid driver's license
