About the Role
Bolton's Office National Bendigo is seeking a motivated and organisedRetail Sales Person – Workwear, PPE & Safetyto join our growing team.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on role combiningretail sales, customer service, order processing and internal sales supportfor ourWorkwear & Safety Business Development team.
You will work with bothretail customers and B2B clients, supporting everything from individual purchases through tolarge workwear and uniform orders.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-qualityretail sales and customer servicein Workwear, PPE & Safety
Assist customers withworkwear fittings, sizing and product selection
Processsales orders, quotes and invoicesaccuratelyli>
SupportB2B customers and commercial workwear accounts
Assist withuniform programs and bulk workwear orders
Coordinate and managemultiple orders and sales projects simultaneously
Maintain accurateorder tracking, follow-up and customer communication
Supportmerchandising, stock control and store presentation
Work closely with theexternal sales / business development team
Provide sales support to Bolton's other retail categories.
About You
Proven experience inretail sales, customer service or internal sales support




Minimum of 2+ years retail sales experience required
Experience inworkwear, clothing, apparel or safety products(highly regarded)
Strong ability tomulti-task, prioritise and manage high order volumes
Excellent attention to detail with aprocess-driven mindset
Confident working with bothretail and B2B customers
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine interest inworkwear, PPE, uniforms and safety equipment
Ability to work in afast-paced retail setting
Must be an Australian permanent resident
