You will plan and prepare Greek and Mediterranean dishes, including charcoal‐grilled meats, seafood and banquet meals, ensuring high quality, presentation and safety.
The role requires 1+ year in a commercial kitchen, robust menu planning, teamwork and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
