are EITHER a registeredpatent attorneyin Australia/NZ OR atraineepatent attorney/technical assistant nearing qualification;
haveminimum 1 yearpracticalpatents experience OR MORE (up to senior associate level) with a reputable patent attorney firm/law firm/in‐house in Australia/overseas;
