The prospect
As aRegistered Migration Agent (RMA)you'll manage your own portfolio of predominantlycorporate clients (approx. 95%)with some high-value individual matters.
You will:
Provide end-to-end immigration advice onemployer sponsored and skilled visas
Assess visa options, eligibility and application merits for corporate clients and their employees
Prepare, lodge and manage visa and nomination applications, including liaising withimmigration authorities and skills assessment bodies
Respond to requests for further information and refusals where required
Lead and mentora migration co-ordinator who supports you with case preparation and administration
Contribute to process and service improvements as the firm continues to grow
You'll report to ahighly regarded immigration managerand have access to senior specialists whenever you need a sounding board on complex matters.

About you
You'll be a strong fit if you:
Are aRegistered Migration Agent (RMA)withcurrent, active MARA registration
Have3+ years' experience(more senior candidates are very welcome) inAustralian immigration, with:Solid experience inemployer sponsored visas(essential)
Proven ability to manage ahigh volume of casesin a busy, deadline-driven environment
Experience providingimmigration advice to corporate clients
Are highly organised, with strongattention to detailand excellent written communication
Areproactive, results-drivenand passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives
