An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Store Manager to lead their Cairns showroom.
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and commercially drivenStore Managerwho thrives in a sales-focused retail environment.
Leading a team of sales professionals, you will take ownership of the store's performance, creating a positive, energetic culture where customer experience and sales results go hand in hand.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you will coach and develop your team, maximise sales opportunities and ensure the showroom delivers an exceptional shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing sales team
Driving sales, conversion and key performance indicators
Creating a customer-first culture focused on service and results




Coaching your team to confidently sell and build lasting customer relationships
Managing daily store operations, stock, rostering and visual merchandising
Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve store performance
Taking ownership of store budgets, targets and overall profitability
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or successful retail leader
Background in furniture, homewares, large-format or consultative sales retail highly regarded
Strong commercial understanding with a passion for achieving sales targets
Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop successful teams
Confident managing KPIs, budgets and overall store performance
Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for people
Strong operational skills and the ability to lead from the front
A positive, energetic and results-driven leadership style
