About the opportunity
Our client is an established Design & Construct fit out contractor delivering high-quality office and medical projects across Australia.
They are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Melbourne team on a contract basis, supporting experienced Project Managers across commercial fit out projects valued up to $2M.
This is an opportunity to broaden your project delivery experience within a supportive, hands-on team.
What you ll do
Assist with reviewing, negotiating and finalising subcontracts
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project documentation
Support Project Managers with day-to-day delivery, both in the office and on site
Track project progress and help keep works aligned with programme and budget
Support multiple projects across Australia
What you ll bring
Minimum 3 years experience in commercial fit out with a head contractor




Experience supporting projects valued up to $2M
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
Availability to work full time for the duration of the contract
